We are delighted to present another private collection, A Prodigious Private Cellar of Impeccable Provenance, on the second day of Christie’s spring auctions at The Henderson.
This remarkable collection consists of about 370 lots with impeccable provenance, of which there are over 160 lots of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, mostly in banded original wooden case from the 2000s to 2010s, purchased from DRC official importer. Other highlights include Jacques-Frederic Mugnier Musigny, Domaine des Comtes Lafon Montrachet, Leflaive Premier Cru and Grand Crus, large format of Joseph Drouhin Montrachet Marquis de Laguiche up to 9L, and Ramonet Montrachet.
Bordeaux is represented by contemporary First and Second Growths. There is a small selection of top Champagne which includes Dom Pérignon, Cristal Rosé, Salon and a rare set of Salon Le Mesnil Assortment in original presentation case.
Outside of France highlights include Soldera from 8 vintages, Pingus and Screaming Eagle.
Wine enthusiasts should not miss this rare opportunity to acquire such gems as most lots are in original cases which ensure impeccable condition.
