Assembled by film producer Thierry de Ganay, this sale of more than 200 lots shows the eclectic taste of the collector. While the three top lots of the collection will be offered within The Exceptional Sale, this auction will offer a selection of paintings, drawings, sculptures, china and furniture among which is an important Louis XVI secrétaire à abattant, attributed to Adam Weisweiler, and pieces of furniture from the salons at the Palais de Fontainebleau and Tuileries. Completing this selection of 18th- and 19th-century pieces of furniture are works of art by Boilly, de Mayodon and Messagier.
