A PAIR OF GEORGE III MAHOGANY OPEN ARMCHAIRS
Each with an arched rectangular padded back, arm-supports and dished seat covered in ivory watered silk with a floral and foliage stripe, the outcurved arms with scrolled and channelled ends centred by a twisting patera, on downswept supports, on square tapering stop-fluted legs and spade feet, one seat-rail partially resupported, some later blocks and cross-strutts, stamped 'RE' (2)
