One volume in 2, 4 (294 x 227mm). Extra-illustrated with 98 engraved plates by Wenceslaus Hollar and others after Francis Cleyn, each cut to the edge of the image and mounted. (Bound without the subscribers' list.) Contemporary red morocco gilt, covers with wide decorative border composed from a narrow onlaid border of blue leather and wide border of gilt tooling, with fillets, flower and dog-tooth rolls, various repeated small tools, spine in seven compartments with raised bands, blue and green morocco lettering-pieces in the second and third compartments (small blue morocco lettering-piece with printer's name at the foot of the spines), the others with olive or yellow leather onlays and variously decorated in gilt, edges with gilt and gauffered areas with blue marbled areas between (neatly rebacked, original spines laid down, small neat repairs to corners).
