MEXICAN CHARRO SPURS
A pair of circa 1920's double mounted iron spurs from Amozoc, Mexico. The heel bands are adorned with silver inlay in a snake motif, the spur strap buttons and spur shanks are created by coiled silver inlaid snakes. The eight point rowels are tapered with silver inlay, each spur is 1/2 in. thick and weighs 2 lbs.
Overall spur length: 7 1/2 in. Rowels:4 in. (2)
