With drop-shaped body on short foot rising to the cockerel head mouth with simple loop handle, the body moulded under the glaze with an overall design of bold split palmettes forming a lattice, the design picked out in lustre against a ground of dotted panels, the neck with simple bands, the mouth with concentric circles around the eyes, the moulded handle also with banded decoration, a blue splash on the body, neck restored, small other areas of restoration
