FLOWN Spoon from Apollo 15. Approx. 5 in. long engraved with: "James B. Irwin, LM10 LMP" and the NASA emblem. This spoon was stored in the Lunar Module Falcon and was used by Irwin during meals while on the Moon. Utensils were engraved with CDR for Commander, LMP for Lunar Module Pilot, or CMP for Command Module Pilot in addition to the individual crew member name.
