Lot Essay

Frances Russell was the daughter of Oliver Cromwell and married Sir John Russell, 3rd Baronet of Chippenham, in 1659. Their daughter, Elizabeth Russell, married Sir Thomas Frankland, 2nd Baronet of Thirkleby.
