1939 AND 1941 YANKEE TEAM SIGNED BASEBALLS
A pair of Yankees team signed balls signed by the 1939 and 1941 teams with twenty-five and twenty-four signatures respectively.
Signatures range in grade between 3/10 and 8/10 and contrast nicely against each ball light color surface. Signatures, some which are "clubhouse" include Crosetti, Dickey, DiMaggio, Gomez, Rizzuto and Ruffing. The 1939 ball is an official Joe DiMaggio League ball made by Spalding with a light coat of shellac. A "clubhouse" Lou Gehrig is signed to the sweet spot. The 1941 ball is a Reach Official League ball with a few minor discoloration marks. (2)
