Kangxi and Qianlong
The top painted with three boys riding a qilin and playing in a fenced garden, the sides with figures in an outdoor scene, the interior fitted with a liner, 10.2 cm. diam.; the tray decorated to the centre with chrysanthemum and daisies amongst foliage, repeated to the straight sides with notched corners, 14.5 cm. wide; and a small bowl painted to the centre with peony issuing from rockwork, 14.2 cm. diam.
