A good Mameluke sword with 30in. (76cm.) blade by WIDDERSON & VEALE, etched with foliate decoration, WIVR cypher and crossed Sword & Baton, regulation gilt-brass crosspiece hilt with ivory grip (small area of ivory chipped and filled), black leather levée scabbard with ornate gilt-brass mounts (as Robson Fig. 160)
