A PAINTED AND GILT EMBELLISHED BREAKFRONT OPEN BOOKCASE, LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY
In the William Kent style, surmounted by an overhanging broken pediment with foliate and beaded moulding fitted with adjustable shelves above divided by guilloche and flowerhead and ribbon tied recessed panel stiles with scroll brackets above centred by a frieze with Vitruvian scroll and beaded moulding fitted with adjustable shelves below with similar guilloche stiles on a plinth base
108in. (274cm.) wide, 123¾in. (314.5cm.) high, 20in. (51cm.) deep
