depicting a landscape scene of a scholar carrying a qin crossing the bridge over a waterfall towards a compound retreat amongst tall pine trees, set against steep mountains amid swirls of mist - 57¾in. x 15¼in. (146.7cms x 38.8cms), Inscribed and signed by the artist: Binhong Huang, and with one seal of the artist; a colophon to the right, added on request of the original collector, by Binhong's cousin Huang Yanghui, dated 1976, 2nd month, Inscribed and signed: Huang Yanghui, and with three seals of the artist: Huang, Yang Hui and Yang Hui Guan Jue
