All London, the saucepan 1767, JP; the first pair maker's mark of David Hennell, 1759; the second pair Walter Brind, 1765
The pear shaped saucepan with squat spout, silver and carved wood side handle, the cover topped by wood button finial--6in. (15.2cm.) to top of handle; the salts matching, circular then oval, each with shell headed and footed scroll supports, with gadrooned rim--2¾in. (6.9cm.) diam.; and 3in. (7.6cm.) long, gross weight 27oz. (5)
