WILLIE MOSCONI BILLIARD TABLE
A Brunswick Pocket Billiard table once belonging to Hall of Fame Billiard player Willie Mosconi. The Gold Crown pool table was provided for Mosconi's use in 1993, and bears a plaque stating "Donated to St. Mary's by Brunswick Billiards in honor of Willie Mosconi for his contribution to the world of Billiards". On "What's My Line", Mosconi's secret was that he was the world's champion pool player, but had never owned a table; Brunswick Billiards thereafter presented a table to him. They also provided him with this table in 1993 when he was in a convalescent hospital. After he died, his family recovered the table from the home of Flora Mosconi, Willie's widow. In excellent condition, the table is an extraordinary personal item of perhaps the best of all time.
