A LARGE AGHKAND BOWL with rounded sides rising from a short foot to a thick flattened rim, the interior with a lattice work of circles and diamond shapes in sgraffiato, green, ochre and black on a white ground, a green band edged in black along the inside of the rim with wave pattern, the top of the rim with green and brown triangles, the exterior with a small faded band of simple decoration, 11th century (areas of restoration)
