FIRST EDITION. "It was with difficulty that a publisher was found for the book, the sale of two hundred and fifty copies being guaranteed by Thomas Lovell Beddoes, Bryan Waller Proctor ("Barry Cornwall") and Thomas Forbes Felsall.
