A pair of Ashtead pottery circular boxes and covers made for the British Empire Exhibition of 1924, each decorated around the side with a band of geometric flowers and foliage, painted in yellow, black, blue and green, the lid with the Wembley lion --- 5in. diam. (lids cracked), and two small bowls, all with printed marks
