The white opaque glass figures with spotted multicolor decorations, on flattened circular black bases, acid stamped Venini Murano ITALIA and with the firm's paper label
14½in. (36.8cm.) high; 12in. (30cm.) high, woman's fan restored

This lot belongs to the whimsical 'Maschere Italiani' series which was first exhibited in the Venice Biennale of 1948.
