Also included in the lot is a single leaf from Jacobus de Voragine The Golden Legend, Westminster: Wynkyn de Worde, 1498, 2°, folio cxi, the headline 'The lyf of Saynt Geroge', with a large woodcut of St. George slaying the dragon, double column, 47 lines, inlaid on card with window mount (outer edges browned and chipped without loss of text), modern buckram case.
