A RARE MUZO EMERALD CRYSTAL
Of rough hexagonal form, weighing approximately 655.40 carats, on a plastic base, 1½ x 1 3/8 x 2 ins., in a black leather fitted case
With certificate 0108044 dated 16 August 2001 from the Gübelin Gemmological Laboratory stating that the crystal is a natural emerald attached to a plastic pedestal. Gemmological testing revealed characteristics consistent with those of emeralds originating from Colombia and shows indications of moderate clarity enhancement. Natural emeralds are commonly clarity enhanced
