Note:
Qiao Da, sobriquet names Dazhi and Zhong Shan, was a native of Yan (modern Hebei). He was an official of the Yuan court, attaining the position of Scholar (xueshi) in the Imperial Academy. He was a good painted, his landscapes taking after Li Cheng, and his bamboo after Wang Tingjun and Wen Tong.
