A slender ovoid cloisonne vase
Meiji/Taisho Period
decorated in various coloured enamels with large chrysanthemum blooms and foliage, the reverse with two butterflies, on a cream ground, the base with incised Ota Jinnoei signature -- 9½in. (24cm.) high; and another cloisonne vase of tapering form decorated with daisies on a blue ground, chrome rims -- 9 5/8in. (24.4cm.) high, (bruising to first piece).
