Very finely painted depicting Shiva wearing tiger and leopard skins and holding aloft Karttikeya on his shoulder with Parvati following, clad in a dark blue sari and saffron petticoat holding Ganesha near her bosom and seated on a patchwork coverlet atop the bull Nandi in a glacial landscape, surrounded by red and dark blue borders with foliate vines and dark blue rules
