A Goodwin clockwork walking doll
with pressed 'ELXCR' shoulder-head, moulded hair, metal body with articulated legs, pushing a three-wheeled red/cream-painted tinplate baby carriage, the underside with open-spring motor, in original blue spotted net dress, the carriage marked W.M.F. Goodwin's, Patents Jan 22nd. 1867 & Aug 2(?) 1868 - 13in. (33cm.) long; and an all-bisque doll with socket-head, closed mouth, glass eyes and moulded shoes - 5in. (13cm.) high, (one foot damaged)
