A Dutch Delft blue and white hexagonal garniture
Second half 18th century, marked for De Drije Klokken
Depicting a scene of an architectural structure, a large tower and two sailing ships on a lake, a windmill to the distant background, surrounded by trelliswork panels and large flowers moulded in relief, a Taoist motif to the background, comprising: three baluster vases and domed covers with bird-pecking-a-berry finials, 34.5cm. high; a pair of waisted beaker vases, 22.5cm. high (5)
