Mark of Balthasar le Heu, Eindhoven, 1766-1776, also struck with later Dutch duty mark of 1795 for possibly Purmerend and later Dutch duty mark of 1906-1953
The frame with two cast flower circular holders, the central handle shaped as a branch terminating into two stopper holders, the cut-glass bottles with stoppers, marked on base
