MADGE GILL (1882-1961)
Born in London, Madge Gill was a medium who claimed that her spirit guide "Myrninerest" worked through her to create the ink drawings for which she is best known. Her obsessively detailed drawings, often in black and white, depict elaborately dressed women in fantastic interiors.
