Urn form on a spreading circular foot chased with leaf border, the lower body chased with stiff-leaf calyx, the shoulder with scrolling acanthus band, with two leaf-clad upswept handles, the domed cover chased with a stiff-leaf border and bud finial, the body engraved with a presentation inscription and applied with an enamel coat-of-arms, the interior gilt, fully marked, also engraved with retailer's mark WEST AND SON, DUBLIN
