Urn form on domed circular foot, with fluted lower body, and applied with two eagle-head handles, one side chased with oak leaf and acorn border with engraved presentation inscription, the other side chased with a laurel band and anchor, the domed cover chased with oak leaves, and surmounted by an acorn finial, marked on body, cover, nut and finial
