The body engraved with the post-1801 Hanoverian Royal Arms surmounted by the inscription 'Some praise the glasses of the rich, Their liquors rare and fine, The humble horn I'll sing its praise, When filled with rum or wine', with the engraver's (?) signature 'Wm. West' beneath (stopper missing, bottom edge chipped)
