Oblong on four scroll bracket feet, with reeded borders, and two pen-trays, fitted with two detachable circular silver frames holding silver-mounted cut-glass ink and sand pots with detachable pierced covers, and a detachable oval silver stamp-box with hinged cover, marked on base, covers, underside of frames, and side of stamp-box
