A SET OF FOUR FRENCH TOLE-PEINTE AND SHELL FOUR-BRANCH WALL-LIGHTS EMBLEMATIC OF THE SEASONS

En suite with the previous lot, inspired by Giuseppe Arcimboldo (1527-1593), the backplates of assymetric design emblematic of the Four Seasons and each inscribed respectively to the reverse LE PRINTEMPS, L'ETE, L'AUTOMNE, L'HIVER, the backplates and scrolled branches respectively ornamented with flowers and ivy for Spring, corn for Summer, vines for Autumn and a man warming himself by a fire for Winter, fitted for electricity,lacking some of the simulated candles
