A pair of Buen Retiro white biscuit figures of harvesters
Possibly late 18th Century
The bearded farm-worker at rest from his labour, standing by a large sheaf of corn, his hands together in prayer and steadying the handle of a shovel with his right arm, his companion holding a jug of wine in her left hand, on circular plinth bases (restored chip to shovel blade, chip to his hair at right, wear and minute chipping to extremities of both)
