With faded black lettering on the front PHRENOLOGY BY L.N. FOWLER, on one side ENTERED AT STATIONERS HALL, on the other L.N. FOWLER 337, STRAND LONDON and with the usual text by L.N. Fowler on the reverse, the various parts of the head divided up and each labelled accordingly
