the complete set of 12 unsigned lithographs and 6 unsigned linocuts (two with red), in- and hors-texte, title, text in French, and justification, on wove papers, signed by Matisse and Rouveyre on the justification, copy LXV (the total edition was 315), the full sheets, loose (as issued), pale time staining, a few sheets with minor offsetting, otherwise in very good condition, original yellow printed wove paper wrapper with title designed by the artist, pale green paper-covered boards and slipcase with title label (minor wear, occasional foxing, moisture staining at the upper edge). 280 x 170 mm.
