A SET OF TEN BROWN-PAINTED AND POLYCHROME-DECORATED OPEN ARMCHAIRS
Eight George III and late 18th Century, two 20th Century
Each with a shield-shaped pierced back and painted overall with flowers and ribbons, the seats covered in buttoned lime material, one with 20th century depository label inscribed 'Lord Lymington', refreshments to the decoration (10)

Probably Gerard Vernon Wallop (1898-1984), Viscount Lymington from 1925-1943 [later 9th Earl of Portsmouth].
