The Peacock's Tail 'While cutting and polishing the 18.70 carat rough diamond, which was found somewhere in Namibia, South West Africa, we were amazed by the rainbow colors which were emerging from the watery body of this fine yellowish diamond. Covering it with 104 precise facets, we hoped to see the elegant shape open and spread its reflecting surfaces alike the peacock's tail. For 12 months, together with my companions, master cutters we have achieved this unique beauty, which waited for more than one and half billion years to become a 10.36 carat crown adorning a splendid perfume bottle created and achieved by Asprey & Garrard, London, Master Artisans.
