Depicted mummiform, holding ostrich plumes, a seed bag between the shoulders, wearing a broad collar and a tripartite wig adorned with a floral circlet and banded lappets, with five rows of hieroglyphs inscribed for "the Inspector and Osiris, the Lady Mut-Em-Wehah"
