The arched case with amber finial modelled as a frog, with recessed niche mounted with an ivory figure of a crouching nude woman drinking from a dish, on spreading breakfront base, the white enamel Arabic dial with gilt dot minute track and signed KENDALL/17, RUE DE LA PAIX/PARIS, the eight day key-less wind movement with lever escapement -- 5½in. (14cm.) high
