A 5½ in. (14 cm.) diameter face, signed Chelsea/Ship's Bell, also inscribed "U.S. Coast Guard" below the 12, with Arabic numerals on a blackened face, fast/slow regulator also below the 12, time and strike key wind, within a brass casement with a screw off face.
