FIRST HALF OF THE 19TH CENTURY, VARIOUS PAINTED Chamberlain's/Worcester MARKS, PATTERN NUMBER 263, THE TEAPOT PATTERN NUMBER 240
The majority of the cabaret painted and gilt with stylised chinoiserie flowerheads amongst leaves joined by two entwined rings and scattered iron-red and blue flowers and green leaves, within a continuous border of flowers, comprising: an oval teapot and cover, painted and gilt with panels of penoy issuing from jardinieres and stylised flowerheads (some minor damages and restoration), an oval sugar-bowl and cover, a milk-jug, a slop-basin, two teacups and saucers and an oval two-handled tray (some minor hairline cracks and slight wear) (11)
