The large iron frame within brass finials, with signature cast into the front strut EDM. HOWARD 1767 CHELSEA, brass Roman and Arabic dial with arch plaque above Edmund Howard/Chelsea/1767, the two train movement with anchor escapement (replaced pallets), with rack and countwheel strike; pendulum and two weights -- 34in. high, 32in. wide, 19in. deep (86.5 x 82 x 49cm.); with stand -- 43½in. (110cm.) high
