A contract for the publication of a book about the Marx Brothers, between Arthur Harpo Marx, Chico Marx, Groucho Marx, Zippo Marx, Gummo Marx and the William Morris Agency. The contract is signed by all five brothers. Gummo Marx also served as a "witness to signature" for his four brothers and signed the contract four additional times.
