FRANK SINATRA STOCK CERTIFICATE AND SIGNED DOCUMENT

A cancelled stock certificate made out to Frank Sinatra for 126 shares of Puccini, Inc. at $500 per share, dated December 8, 1961, and a sheet of paper signed by Sinatra selling his 223 shares in the company on December 15, 1961. Sinatra signed the document in blue ballpoint ink above eight red stamps from the Internal Revenue Service. Puccini's was one of Sinatra's favorite Hollywood restaurants and was also partially owned for a time by Joey Bishop.
