ELVIS PRESLEY'S FIRST POLICE BADGE
1956
A silver metal Memphis, Tennessee Special Officer police badge with the state seal in the center and an eagle on the top owned by Elvis Presley. The officer's name and identification number have been removed. A girl at a Memphis roller skating rink gave the badge to Presley in 1957. Over the years Presley collected police badges from nearly every city he visited, but this Memphis badge was his first. Also present is a letter of authenticity.
