lithograph and screenprint in colors with plastic, fabric and twine collage and hand additions, 1997, on Rives BFK laid down on museum board (as issued), signed in pencil, numbered 69/130 (there were also 70 artist's proofs), with the Landfall Press, Chicago, Illinois inkstamp on the reverse, the full sheet, a few short creases in the corners, minor surface soiling, otherwise in good condition
