COMMAND DECISIONS TO HIS GENERALS. "You will be willing, Citizen Minister, to issue an order to Gen. Sahuguet to proceed to Nantes to assume command of the 12th Military Division, and to Gen. Muller who commands the 12th Division to proceed to Rouen, there to take command of the 15th Division. To Gen. Sully, commanding the 15th [Division] to proceed to the Reserve Army. To Genl. Grigny to proceed to the Army of the Rhine, to Gen. Liebert to proceed to Tours to take the command, replacing Gen. Sahuguet, left vacant."
