An album Black Sabbath Vol 4, Vertigo Records, 1972, signed and inscribed inside the gatefold sleeve by their corresponding photographs, in black ballpoint pen and black felt pen by Ozzy Osbourne, Geezer Butler, Tony Imommi and Bill Ward; accompanied by 34 Kodak colour slides of the group circa 1969 in their earlier incarnation as Earth [they changed their names to Black Sabbath in August 1969], comprising: Ozzy Osbourne on stage (4), Geezer Butler on stage (3), Bill Ward on stage (6), and sitting on a cannon (1), Tony Iommi on stage, rehearsing and drinking (11), and the whole group on stage, rehearsing and relaxing (9), each -- 2x2in.
