A SET OF THREE DIAMOND AND EMERALD BRACELETS AND A DIAMOND NECKLACE India, early 19th century
Each bracelet consisting of eighteen rectangular panels alternating between octagonal table-cut diamonds with green enamel surrounds and rectangular foiled emeralds with red enamel surrounds to the pink gem stone and gold clasp; the reverse enamelled in delicate floral motifs in red green and blue.
Approximately 8in. (20.3cm.) long
The choker comprising eighteen square panels each set with a central table-cut diamond and one with rare Mughal-cut diamond, with diamond surround on blue enamel background; the reverse and sides of each panel with delicately detailed floral enamel in red green and blue, to the silk cords and round gold knot with diamond and enamel detail.
15¾ in.(40cm.) long
All contained in a 19th century fitted case with retailers stamp for R.C. Hennell & Sons, 4 Southampton St., Bloomsbury, London. (4)
